• Compensation:

• Salary range: $100K-$110K (may be negotiable depending on experience)

• Bonus eligible: 10% (discretionary based on performance)

• Location: Suburb of Chicago / approx. 1 hour northwest of the city

• Work Schedule: 100% in-office

• Needs to have:

• BA Accounting

• 3+ years’ accounting experience / 2+ years in management

• Strong GAAP

• Financial analysis / problem solving

• Team leadership & mentoring

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills

• Process improvement

• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)

• Preferred:

• CPA
