ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Our client, an oil and gas company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service and administrative coordination abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Pay Range: $23/hr

Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)

What’s the Job?

  • Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, and record keeping.

  • Coordinating meetings and conferences.

  • Obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.

  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.

What’s Needed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems

  • Strong administrative coordination abilities

  • Customer service experience
