Robert Half has an opening for a Receptionist with our client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This role lies within the corporate sector and requires on-site presence. The Receptionist will be in charge of various administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations within our team. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and answer a multi-line phone system effectively and professionally

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers

• Perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and efficiency

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups

• Utilize interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with team members and clients

• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete various administrative tasks

• Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed

• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area

• Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience with data entry

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience in organizing files efficiently
