Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping machinery and systems running smoothly? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team! If you have experience in troubleshooting, machine setup, and repairs, along with a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency, we want to hear from you!

salary: $43,000 - $66,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Oversee general building repair and maintenance.

• Maintain and repair production machinery in compliance with strict industry standards.

• Troubleshoot systems like boilers, DI water systems, air compressors, and dust collection systems.

• Provide maintenance for Tabletting, Encapsulation, Film Coating, Pellet Coating, Sugar Coating, Printing, Blending, and Packaging departments.

• Modify and install new equipment and implement engineering upgrades.

• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repair power distribution systems.

• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.

• Perform weekly bag house clean and change, along with monthly Preventive Maintenance checks.
