A Electronics Lab Technician in the Beaver, PA area is needed for a multinational power management company. This position involves supporting mechanical and electrical testing, maintaining lab equipment, handling test samples, and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards to meet product development and maintenance goals.

responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical tests according to agency standards for electrical distribution products.

• Accurately record test data on standardized forms and deliver to project engineer.

• Help maintain a 5S-compliant lab environment for maximum efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to improve lab efficiency and deliver timely test results.

• Share knowledge with other technicians to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Technology preferred but not required).

Position Criteria:

• strong critical thinking skills.

• Working knowledge of test equipment and ability to follow procedures.

• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving.

• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software (up to 50% of daily tasks).

• Skilled in using hand tools for mechanical assembly and electrical wiring (up to 80% of daily tasks).

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience required.

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience (1-3 years with a high school diploma/GED).
