Description LinQuest is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Dayton, OH. US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance required. Description The Sr Program Manager/ Army Pricing and Autonomous Air-to-Air Refueling (A3R) is responsible for program P&L results and oversees the functions and team members of a program, including, responsibility over daily operations, financial results, program execution within the business units, compliance with contract terms, regulations, and internal policies. Provides visibility to any program issues that may affect company reputation, branding, relationship, and CPARS results. Works closely with the senior level PM's, Portfolio Manager, and General Manager, to share best practices, and ensure company business strategy is executed. Responsibilities: * Serve as the face of the company to our customers * Lead the strategic and tactical initiatives on the assigned program * Manage the day-to-day operation of a program * Manage program resources to ensure program performance to contract expectations * Manage key relationships with government program management * Manage the evaluation of program performance * Manage and guide sub-contractors to ensure contract performance * Manage and implement innovation initiatives on program * Manage, administer, and evaluate programs, policies, and procedures in the required program areas. * Manage issues, risks and opportunities, assisting team members in removing roadblocks and communication to management about issues that cannot be resolved. * Manage the program schedule documenting detailed tasks for each functional area, responsibility for the task, begin and end dates, and percent complete * Document critical path and supervise weekly to ensure schedule is maintained, and document actions to recover programs that are behind track * Prepare for and report on program statuses at regular reviews presenting progress on any prior identified issues REQUIRED SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE * 15+ years of total experience * 10 years of experience in program/project management, engineering, or technical field * 15+ years of operational experience including minimum of 2 years' experience with autonomous aircraft and 5 years' experience with air-to-air refueling (sender and/or receiver) * Minimum of 2 years' experience managing software development projects. Must be familiar with Agile development methods. * Bachelor's Degree, preferred in a technical field * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, including a matrixed environment * Strong business sense to identify and resolve problems, quickly and efficiently * Experience interacting with customers as the prime point of contact * Proven experience presenting to executive key team members and government stakeholders * Proven analytic and problem-solving skills * Proven demonstration of leadership competencies including influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and catalyzing results * Proven ability to embrace and implement change in a fast-paced, fast-growing organization * Security clearance is required * Knowledge and ability to partner / work collaboratively with Enterprise Services functions (Finance, HR, Contracts, Legal, Procurement, etc.) * Comfortable interacting with the customer's higher management to determine customer needs, technical direction, and strategy * PMP Certification or equivalent experience a must PREFERRED EDUCATION: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or other related technical discipline * MBA or BA/BS in business, engineering, or related field Why LinQuest?
