ABOUT YOU

As Security Badging Coordinator, you thrive in meticulously verifying and evaluating various documents and applications within a software environment, ensuring compliance with federal security regulations and TSA requirements. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make independent decisions enable you to validate identity documents, troubleshoot access issues, and provide high-intensity customer service in a diverse airport environment. With your technical proficiency, regulatory knowledge, and commitment to excellence, you play a vital role in maintaining security measures, safeguarding confidential information, and delivering exceptional support to stakeholders, all while contributing to the smooth operation of airport credentialing processes.

What you will do:

  • Evaluate and verify security media applications, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Conduct quality control on application information, correcting discrepancies as needed.

  • Verify identity documents and work authorization, maintaining confidentiality.

  • Provide guidance to authorized signatories, operate badge production equipment, and conduct audits for compliance.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • 1-3 years' administrative, security, and/or customer service experience.

  • Typing speed of 40-60 WPM and proficiency in Excel and Crystal.

  • Ability to provide technical support for desktop PC environments and peripherals; strong knowledge of web-based applications.

  • Proficiency in verbal, written, and mathematical skills; basic understanding of travel and immigration documents.
