Job Description
PURPOSE
According to annual sales plan, sales & marketing strategy and product positioning, develop market multi channel promotion strategy and organize market activity for responsible product, improve scientific image to maximize product value and sales growth, assist in sales target achievement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement multi-channel sales marketing strategies and brand expansion plans, collaborate with the brand team, closely coordinate with the retail business and e-commerce team to drive the growth of multi-channel sales performance, continuously build brand effects and user reputation.
Ensure that sales market strategies are aligned with overall business objectives, analyze sales data and performance indicators, optimize channel sales activities, and continuously improve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
Actively utilize diverse marketing methods, including digital tools, to ensure that the company is always at the forefront of innovation in the multi-channel sales market, and collaborate on planning brand medium to long-term layouts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
Bachelor Degree or above, Medical Science, Pharmacy or Sales & Marketing background is preferred.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
10 years of sales & marketing working experiences in pharmaceutical industry
Professional Knowledge and Skills
Skilled in using computer office software.
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills and organizing ability.
