Objectives of the Position :
He/She is a senior finance expert covering CCRM and OTC processes and can perform position-borne roles & responsibilities independently.
Always keep the mindset to ensure the high quality, reach the synergy, improve the competence and professionalism.
Act as a key contact window of responsible areas to secure business activities are operated with ECMS policies, guidelines and practices.
Strong communication skills to collaborate internal and external stakeholders.
Support/Assist the team lead to review current processes and drive for the improvement and optimization.
Be potential to continually grow up in other finance and accounting criteria.
Main Tasks:
In charge of CCRM roles & responsibilities:
• Customers Credit limit review, credit exposure monitoring, customer ratings maintenance.
• Block order management (reasons, judgements, and follow-up).
• Dunning & SOA, coordinating and supporting document preparation in case of insolvency.
• Develops and leverages relationships with customers and partners while facilitating sales.
• Participate in global CCRM projects on behalf of China.
• Provide proper training to sales and other business teams.
Lead OTC processes in accordance with ECMS policies, guidelines and practices:
• Control and monitor collection and clearing timely and efficiently.
• Supports to clarify payment discrepancies with customers.
• Closely contact to all respective stakeholders within the process flow, act as a strong partner and coordinate to setup the reliable and effective communication channel.
• IFRS9 evaluation review, ECL impairment testing and accounting.
• Overdue analysis and reporting, DSO calculation, escalation of collection measures on important customers.
Risk management & Process improvement:
• Establish the risk management matrix & strategy based on Corporate Requirement.
• Keep continuous efforts on process improvement, focusing on critical issues.
• Provide continuous monitoring and surveillance of the firms and financial requirements.
• Participate into FRC cycle and drive the remediation plan per the result.
• Support business cases to provide proactive ideas and solutions.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager
Minimum Education and Qualification Required forthe Position:
Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred
6+ years experience in both CCRM and OTC, at least 3 years deep-dive into CCRM and hands-on history.
Abundant practical experience on CCRM processes
Self and team contributor, detailed-oriented, open-minded, careful and patient
Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization, especially business teams
Experience on process optimization is an advantage
Strong communication & interaction skills, can proactively monitor the work progress
