RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all Service Technicians
Handle all customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with relevant departments.
Warranty claims
Coordinate all field service visits.
Develop repair and maintenance procedures with input from relevant departments.
Assist in development of troubleshooting guide and other similar items.
Assist in development of maintenance manual and other similar items.
Review and assist in service reports.
Ensure timely delivery of service reports to end user and internal customers.
Assist parts team/service engineer as needed.
Follow documentation requirements of TowHaul and ensure all files are organized and up to date.
Some travel required.
Back up Asset Delivery Supervisor when needed.

Physical demands: required to sit and stand at workstation Perform repetitive motions and lift up to 25 pounds. PPE is often required. Employee may be required to climb on/under equipment in various environmental conditions.
Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however can be sever and caution shall be executed with the use of PPE as required.
