Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking a Service Delivery Assistant Manager to manage daily operations to ensure high quality service, effective and optimized operations and client satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will build a trusted partner relationship with clients, enhance the clients' experiences and support business growth. The Assistant Manager will manage the day-to-day performance of direct reports to build and maintain an empowered and high-performing service delivery team. This role will follow ReSource Pro's Information Security policies/guidelines, as well as the clients' security requirements, policies, and practices that are provided to ReSource Pro.

This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.

In this role, you will be responsible for...

  • Task Operation Management: Monitoring each client team's AMP and OPEX related activity on the Supervisor Portal system; Coaching and supporting the team to onboard new tasks and ensuring client satisfaction

  • Team Operation: Coaching and support the client team's daily operation, regularly reviewing business results; Optimizing team operation

  • Policy & Standards: Supervising and ensuring the compliance of company policy and related projects

  • Talent Development: Coaching and supporting the planning and implementation of each team member's individual development goal; Generating a team promotion plan and building a team pipeline

  • Performance Management: Coaching the planning and implementation of each team member's performance goal and conducting regular performance feedback evaluations; Managing bonus allocation and merit increases, and conducting related conversations

  • Daily Personnel Management: Handling special personnel cases

  • Talent Engagement & Retention: Generating and implementing an employee engagement and retention plan

  • Business Development: Exploring business growth opportunities; Advancing the transition of sales and new products

  • Client Management: Planning and implementing the Annual Plan of Client Growth and Management; Building and maintaining the client relationship; Managing the team's routine reports

  • New Client Onboarding: Planning and implementing new client onboarding; Building a team to serve the new clients

  • Working in accordance with applicable information security policies, processes, and procedures constituting the information security management system of ReSource Pro, while ensuring compliance within the team

What You Need to be Successful...

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance operations or related

  • 1-2 years' experience leading a team

  • Secondary education, four-year duration (vocational, artistic, secondary school)

  • Computer Literacy and Typing Skills

  • English proficiency - reading, writing

  • Microsoft Office Skills
