Responsible for supporting the Compliance & Ethics organization's data analytics and insights initiatives applying a broad range of data sources, analytical methods, and business approaches to deliver actionable recommendations for leadership. Provide analytical support (including analytical systems development) by dissecting and structuring a wide range of sophisticated business problems, extracting, and analyzing data from a variety of sources, applying facts/data to derive a conclusion, and constructing presentations that distill complex analytical findings into communications that are intended to inform and influence decisions related to compliance and risk management activities. Responsible for identifying operational opportunities to improve Compliance & Ethics programs and processes, reducing cost to serve, initiating and leading cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and crafting models and processes to measure and communicate program efficiency. What you'll do in your role. Liaise with business unit process leaders and functional analysts to understand the strategy and KPI's of their teams. Work multi-functionally to align business requirements with data and analytical solutions while empowering business to draw insights and analyze data. Leverage insights and analytical expertise to tell stories of analysis through dashboards, reports, internal forums, and more. Partner with teams across the organization to drive adoption of data tools for better decision making. Develops dynamic, scalable, and effective dashboards including related KPIs/ metrics for visual analysis. Analyzes existing dashboards and reports using performance tuning and works with colleagues to see opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation.
