What you'll do...

The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team (WFS) builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. At WFS, our aim is to differentiate on trust, transparency, and partnership. While we aim to have a super intuitive experience, we know that sellers will always need to reach out for help. This role is about improving and managing our current products in the field and organizational operations.

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager in Operations Excellence and be at the forefront of revolutionizing the retail supply chain landscape. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead initiatives within our Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) domain, driving growth and ensuring operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our metrics by identifying and addressing root causes, all while meticulously managing strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of seller trust and experience by resolving technical defects across systems and reports, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience for our valued sellers.

As our Senior Product Manager in Operations Excellence, you'll be the linchpin in orchestrating cross-functional teams on leadership escalations, ensuring effective communication and resolution during critical moments. Peak operations will be your playground, as you lead the charge in managing operations effectively, minimizing disruptions, and maximizing throughput. Your expertise will extend beyond operations management, as you'll also be instrumental in building and refining product operation processes and tools among our Business and Technical teams. By streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration, you'll empower our teams to work smarter and more efficiently, driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Operations Efficiency

Playbook Development: Supporting in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive playbook on operations, escalation paths, and resolution methods.

Governance Advocacy: Support the championship of the governance framework and operational standards to maintain.

Tooling: Provide guidance and support on operational templates and appropriate tools to use in supporting our products

Performance and Analysis

Drive key metrics growth by identifying and resolving root causes while optimizing active strategies.

Maintain high standards of seller trust and experience through resolving technical defects across systems and reports.

Lead and orchestrate teams on leadership escalations and manage peak operations effectively.

Build and improve product operation process and tools among Business and Technical teams.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
