We are seeking anInternal Medicine Physician AssistantorNurse Practitionerwith at least 3 years Internal Medicine experience who would like the opportunity to join a thriving, outpatient practice within a provider-led, patient-first and people-centric environment. In this role, you will join a practice partnership with a physician to provide direct patient care, discuss patient symptoms and concerns, perform thorough examinations and history to diagnose medical issues, prescribe medication and create treatment plans in a compassionate and individualized manner. We emphasize preventative care as well as managing chronic medical conditions for a wide range of patients from young adult to geriatric.

Benefit Highlights:

  • Full-time (32-36 patient contact hours)

  • Compensation: base salary plus production

  • $115,000 - $180,000/year

The public school system is strong, and there are private school options at all grade levels. There is a strong community college, and Oregon State University just launched the Cascades Campus, a full four-year university, also offering some graduate programs. Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Requires at least 3 years Internal Medicine experience as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Respect for patient's confidentiality

  • Compassionate and approachable

  • Responsible and trustworthy

  • Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements
