Our opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as Director of Intelligent Automation and play a crucial role in leading Automation Anywhere’s Automation Centre of Excellence. You will lead a team of skilled professionals in delivering automation that transforms and optimizes business functions, using the latest technology from Automation Anywhere, with complimentary technologies including Artificial Intelligence.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Delivery Management : Lead development & execution of delivery plans; manage to KPIs demonstrating continuous improvement in execution using metrics including cycle time/time to value and automation quality/performance.

• Ideation and Intake : Facilitating the identification and prioritization of automation opportunities through collaboration with business units, managing the intake process, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals/OKRs.

• Performance Management : Manage & communicate key metrics/OKRs, driving actions to meet/exceed targeted performance.

• Communication & Evangelism : Ensure automation content/artifacts are communicated clearly and in a timely manner to promote the automation program across the company & key/Executive stakeholders.

• Team Leadership : Providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to the team of Intelligent Automation Architects, Developers, and Analysts

• Automation Support : Ensure ‘incidents’ are managed/resolved effectively per established service levels, with communication & escalation minimizing business impact

• Value Realization : Ensure clear representation of ROI for planned automation to be approved/prioritized, and work with key management stakeholders to evaluate/optimize the realization of anticipated value/Adoption

• Vendor Management : Manage relationships with key stakeholders in areas including automation delivery, support, and technology partners.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• A minimum of 10 years overall experience leading delivery of complex, transformative technology projects

• A minimum of 7 years of experience successfully managing cross-functional teams to deliver RPA/intelligent automation.

• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies

• Working knowledge of AI, including Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Working knowledge of all stages of Intelligent Automation Lifecycle

• Excellent knowledge of key artifacts involved in the Intelligent Automation & Integration Lifecycle including requirements, feasibility assessments, solution designs, deployment plans, value/ROI assessments, demo collateral

• Excellent program management and execution skills

• Effective communication and business/stakeholder management skills

• Effective change management – able to assess & effectively communicate proposed/requested changes and impact to key decision-makers

• Understanding of Performance Management for Automation & Integration, including key KPIs to measure progress/value

• Working product knowledge of Automation 360 (Automation Success Platform)
