Job Description

  • Responsible as the JAPAC Process Lead for the designated LOB, manage processes, policies and procedures; lead/participate in process/procedures/policies roll out and represent JAPAC in global meetings/discussions

  • Simplify and improve processes to meet business goals

  • Work with peers, team members and Management to ensure that process changes and improvements benefit are document and realized.

  • Lead and/or manage projects

  • Work with different cross functional, cross regions teams including peers, local deal management, regional shared service centers (JAPAC) and global team, sales operations, sales etc.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the simplify and improve processes for designated LOB.

  • Co-ordinate design decisions and improvement activities with other Leads.

  • Communicate and provide direction as required to the relevant teams and management.

  • Ensure that process implementation and design requirements are identified and that process solution issues are promptly and effectively addressed.

  • Identify process and procedures improvement requirements to the management team.

  • Identify needed workshops and meetings; as required; to design and build process and procedures, solutions & improvements and implement those initiatives

  • Active member of the team representing JAPAC

  • Coach others about process concepts and solutions

  • Participate at communication events organized by Global/Regional/Local teams.

  • Provide support to management from a process perspective.

  • Lead and implement new processes and procedures roll out and monitor/follow the changes implemented (i.e. Acquisitions, Mergers, New System, etc)

  • Implement new policies, standards and procedures required for the new business process,

  • Coordinate the implementation of new work.
