We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to join our team. As a Senior ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and scalable ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality data solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ETL development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Further responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and implement complex ETL processes using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.

• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the entire ETL lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, including data mappings, transformations, and data lineage.

• Identify and troubleshoot ETL process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data integration.

Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing.

• Proficiency in any ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, ADF.

• Visualization experience in any of Power BI, Qlik or etc., platform will be a plus.

• Good experience on Snowflake cloud data warehouse.

• Strong Qlik experience.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and dimensional modeling techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Basic understanding and exposure of SAP data needed.
