The Global Technical Staff Instructor Analyst provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for the services function, then designs and delivers training solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering technical SEI radiology training globally for regions outside of USCAN.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work integrally with associated teams to create, manage, coordinate and deliver technical training (globally) to internal service and support orgs and external partners. This will include select duties adapting content for target audiences, delivering specified content, and registering and tracking attendence.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

• In-depth understanding of technical implementation, workflow, and troubleshooting and uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

• Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

• A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with ability to work indepantly, cross-functionally, and across multiple timezones to deliver training in an efficient and effective manner.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Services Learning Delivery.

• Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

• Experience with MSSQL, SYBASE, Windows Redhat Linux, Windows 2019 & 2012. Knowledge of JConsole a plus.

• experience in adult learning techniques and training delivery

• Minimum 5+ years experinece

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan and execute programs independantly. Established project management skills.
