As a member of the Sustaining Engineering Engineer team, you will be involved in development of AI related tools, that helps support teams and users with their Q&A using RAG

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and recognize possibilities for data-driven enhancements. Some of the key data tasks include:

• Developing Chatbot applications using web methodologies like OJET, APEX, etc

• Creating and executing machine learning algorithms and statistical models

• Ensuring the effectiveness of data models through rigorous testing and analysis

• Evaluating the performance of models and refining them as needed

• Presenting the results and suggestions to relevant parties by using easily understandable visuals and concise reports

• Working with teams across different functions to implement solutions
