Job Description

• Program management for Oracle University's Digital Management Platform

• Maintenance

• Track & handle Jira related to Customer SRs

• Work with Dev to prioritise and assign Jira to Patches/Hot fixes

• Patch Releases - UAT QA

• Coordinate Testing across multiple partners - Production, Content Setup, BI, Dev QA

• Design Test plans

• Create QA reports and drive fixes and testing

• New Features

• Work with partners to create User journeys/specifications for new Features

• Work with Dev PMs to review Tech Specs

• Learner experience

• Review Learner experience across the industry

• Identify improvements to Learner experience

• Create feature Specs, working with partners
