What’s the role?

• Senior Software Engineer for TRIRIGA, you will work as Technical Lead. You will be updated on the technological aspects in terms of the application/tool capabilities to be able to recommend the right solution for the right business demand/purpose including its fitness of purpose, guide, and deliver through members of the team

• Build strong working relationships with Product Line Managers (PLMs), Project Managers & Business Users

• Ability to learn domain skills expected in Shell Retail

• Virtual working in a global environment with culturally diverse teams and across many organizational boundaries (within and across IT support and delivery organizations, incl. suppliers)

• Managing multiple delivery priorities, multiple demand requests and complex (integration) issues

• A high degree of application, technology and SaaS landscape complexity and integration

• Working as one team with business support teams to ensure seamless development and deployments of changes and maximum added value for the business by proposing continuous improvements in line with the business needs and strategy

What we need from you

• At least 8 to 14 years of overall working experience within the IT industry

• Minimum of 5 years working as a developer

• Must be willing to work as a developer with hands on experience in development

• Bachelor's Degree in any IT related field

• Experience in Configuration/Implementation/Support and Maintenance of various modules of IBM TRIRIGA like Real Estate Management and Capital Projects

• TRIRIGA Application Development experience. Translate wireframes to High-quality code

• Extensive knowledge of the IBM TIRIRIGA platform (Data modeller, Form builder, Report Manager, Workflow Builder, Reports)

• Experience in core and advanced Java. Experience in designing and developing applications using Java Enterprise Edition platforms

• Hands-on experience of Spring MVC framework of Java

• Language & Application: JAVA, JavaScript, Eclipse, BIRT, VSTS, DB2, Oracle, GitHub

• Experience in producing/consuming REST API services and JavaScript Add-ons as an added advantage

• Real Estate Lease - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, CPI, Options, Clause, Process Payment, SBR

• Capital Projects - Scheduling, Budget, Procurement, Cash Flow

• Accounting knowledge - Accrual, Amortization, GAAP, IFRS
