Job Description

Oracle’s Health and AI Database Services Team is actively seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to contribute to the improvement of healthcare services within a dynamic multi-tenant cloud environment.

Career Level - IC3

Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer (Database Developer), major key responsibilities includes:

• Contribute to strategic projects outlined in our roadmap, focusing on transitioning on-premises databases to Oracle Cloud.

• Lead efforts to migrate databases to the Autonomous Database, ensuring a seamless transition for optimal performance.

• Will be responsible for maintaining the Database KTLO

• Implement advanced strategies like partitioning and advanced compression to enhance overall database efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with multiple teams, actively participating in the execution of roadmap projects.

• Apply skill set and hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud and Data Management, including the implementation of Oracle partitioning and advanced compression.

• Contribute to the growth of the team by mentoring new associates, facilitating knowledge transfer and team development.
