The Community and Learning team plays a crucial role in realizing this vision by enabling our customers to achieve automation success, at an individual level through upskilling and at a programmatic level through improving strategy and execution across the team.

We are seeking a strategic product manager to lead our Community & Learning product roadmap. You’ll join a team of high-performing and collaborative engineers and a UX designer to plan and execute our product strategy.

Your leadership in driving the future of our Community & Learning products will be crucial to our team's success, creating best-in-class user experiences so that customers can engage with our content and programming to achieve automation success.

Outcomes: What you’ll do in this role

In your first 90 days, you will:

• Evaluate our current product suite and develop roadmap recommendations.

• Collaborate with our analytics team to assess product data and identify opportunities.

• Build relationships within our team and with cross-functional teams.

• Begin leading feature planning and backlog management.

• Contribute to planning for next year’s annual roadmap.

In your first 6-12 months, you will:

• Lead our Community & Learning product lifecycle, from working with stakeholders to define our roadmap, to collaborating with UX and engineering, and partnering cross-functionally to bring new features to market.

• Take ownership of our product roadmap, from gathering user feedback and analytics to planning high-impact features.

• Work with our analytics team to drive a highly data-driven product approach.

• Kick off planning and execution of an AI and automation tool roadmap.

• Leverage website platform capabilities to optimize user experience.

Core competencies - we’re looking for:

• Track Record of Excellence: 8+ years of product management experience, or compelling, equivalent experience.

• Strategic Approach: Ability to understand company and team OKRs and translate them into an executable roadmap.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong cross-functional, team, and executive communication skills.

• Collaborative Mindset: We are a collaborative, open team, so we’re looking for someone with the same mindset.

• Attention to Detail and Organization Skills: Exceptional ability to manage detailed feature planning and launches across a few, interrelated products.

• User-Centric Approach: Focus on understanding user needs and building features to empower user success.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to leverage data to drive user success.

• Bonus: Platform Management: Experience managing community, learning, or other platforms, such as InSided/Gainsight, Khoros, Thought Industries, Docebo, etc.
