Cargill Team Manager in Bengaluru, India

Job Purpose and Impact

The Team Manager, will lead all aspects of the routine activities of the invoice to pay team. In this role, you will lead and develop a team, overseeing decision making and problem solving. You will monitor and review key performance indicators and metrics and lead specific projects to drive efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor operations performance and advise on appropriate action plans to maintain consistent processes.

  • Build and develop an engaged, high-performing team to cultivate an inclusive environment.

  • Build and cultivate robust business relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

  • Build and champion a culture of continuous improvement and operations excellence.

  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work across diverse cultures and backgrounds

  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders in a diversified environment

  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of supervisory experience

  • Experience managing large teams across the full spectrum of finance and accounting with a focus on credit to cash

  • Extensive accounting experience in finance operations
