Job Summary:

The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will supply and maintain analytical services on geopolitical and security developments in Central Europe, particularly in Germany, Luxembourg, and Czech Republic. The Analyst monitors and assesses political, business, and security-related risks, which may impact the safety, security, and/or operational continuity of the client's assets. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote).

Essential Functions:

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

• Deliver client driven strategic products assessing political, business and security-related risks (including government stability, economic risks, terrorism, civil unrest, crime, and war) for the Central Europe region.

• Maintain existing products and deliverables and ensure they reflect the latest analytical views in a forward-looking, relevant, and timely manner.

• Maintain and grow a network of internal and external stakeholders and peers across countries of coverage.

• Plan, research, and write regular analytical reports and deliver actionable insights.

• Provide high quality and value-driven succinct reports and briefs.

• Actively monitor and assess regional security incidents and strategic trends to determine the potential impact.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data with a strong understanding and application of analytical techniques.

• Conduct strategic analysis on large data sets to include metrics, physical security trends, aggregate incidents, and crime statistics.

• Identify gaps in current products and develop new solutions and methodologies to help improve deliverables, especially in data-driven analysis.

• All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Proficient bi-lingual skills; English and German. Additional languages, preferred.

• Understanding of principal geopolitical risks and impacts.
