<p>CastleGate is Wayfair’s supply chain service offering that enables our suppliers to boost sales by using our world class end-to-end e-commerce supply chain. Our supply chain services allow our partners to forward position products close to customers, resulting in fast-delivery with low outbound ship costs and minimized incidence rate.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The CastleGate Fulfillment Product team is part of the wider Network Management organization. We own the CastleGate fulfillment product, and work with our commercial and operations strategic stakeholders to develop new solutions and offerings which are valuable (e.g. Multichannel), own operation for complex products (non-standard large parcel &amp; multibox items), and ensure our offering is market competitive both in capabilities and via the Standard Rate Card. In addition, we surface opportunities for our suppliers (e.g., how to improve compliance to CG standards, Multibox compliance), enabling our&nbsp; suppliers to support us being a world class fulfillment product</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Supporting priority supply chain projects (with materials, presentation, simple analysis, etc.) including enabling new programs for&nbsp; Wayfair and CastleGate Europe.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Maintaining internal documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)&nbsp; to ensure clear knowledge management on critical workflows and processes.</li>

<li>Coordinating external knowledge management articles update ensuring translations and publishing is done against our timelines</li>

<li>Execute supplier communications and training, supporting specific questions and offering tactical supplier support&nbsp;</li>

<li>Monitoring and ensuring existing programs/pilots health in our existing fulfillment centers, coordinating with the teams on the floor and providing expert support.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Cultivating and strengthening relationships with internal and external partners&nbsp;</li>
