About the Role

Define and drive execution of Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) strategy across the Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions business in EMEA. Working closely with all functions including; sales, product, marketing, professional services, pre-sales and data operations to ensure alignment across all areas. The leader will also need to keep current with FCC compliance requirements, industry trends and compliance practices across multiple market segments. Location is flexible across EMEA for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue targets and providing excellent customer experience.

  • Partnering with other Market Planning team members, develops and executes an EMEA FCC strategy, in alignment with global FCC priorities and the priorities of other functions across LNRS.

  • Identifying potential areas of growth for the FCC business across EMEA and define strategy for accelerating revenue. Develop M&A opportunities in line with global FCC and business services strategy.

  • Working closely with Product and Data teams to develop FCC Product strategies and roadmaps and associated business cases.

  • Partnering closely with Sales to win new business, expand existing relationships, and drive referrals.

  • Partnering closely with Marketing to expand market presence, heighten brand awareness and trust, and intelligently drive qualified leads to Sales.

  • Partnering with Professional Services on consultative selling and customer management.

  • Providing insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry trends, regulatory trends and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing across the organisation.

  • Interacting with clients (both internal and external) to craft solutions that meet client needs, thereby increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.

  • Clearly communicate global FCC strategy to the wider organisation in EMEA.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organization

  • Possesses business acumen and strategic planning

  • Be proficient at managing complex agenda

  • Be skilled at critical thinking and analytical skills, and high level of comfort with problem-solving

  • Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills; team player

  • Domain expertise in the FCC space
