ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Working Student on the Customer Care Operations team, you’ll be working closely together with our Frontline Operations Team, Back Office Team and our Vendor Partners around the world. You will be part of a highly motivated team in which having fun is just as important as helping our Partners in their daily tasks.
As a Working Student, Customer Care Operations you will...
Answer customer support emails and general customer enquiries
Organize paper work and customer letters
Work together with stakeholders inside and outside of Customer Care to solve customer enquiries
Have the opportunity to implement and improve Customer Care back office processes to elevate our Customer Service experience

Basic Qualifications
Fluent in German and English
Currently a student enrolled in a full-time degree at a state accredited university in Berlin or Brandenburg
Preferred Qualifications
A "can do attitude”: flexible, proactive, and positive
Good organizational skills and drive to get things done
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative or Back Office Coordinator
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
OUR OFFER
Student position for 20h per week
Compensated with 15.87€ per hour
Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fully-fledged team member
