CACI is seeking an expert level Data Analyst to join our contract with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) IC Chief financial Office (IC CFO) to support a variety of financial data service requirements intended to enhance the quality and security of data and enable the government to understand the as-is data model environment to modernization leveraging Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Analyze and visualize results using COTS and GOTS applications

• Report the results back to the relevant members of the business

• Identify patterns and trends in data sets

• Structure large data sets to find usable information

• Define new data collection and analysis processes

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features

• Support development of data governance and quality policies that align with Intelligence community and Agency objectives and requirements

• Support Data Management Plan initiatives configuring and tailoring COTS applications to implement data governance and quality capabilities

• Use development skills to perform ETL type activities

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance

• 6+ years of experience

• Experience in data models and reporting packages

• Ability to analyze large datasets

• Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python and/or R

• Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau

• Experience with statistical software

• Ability to write comprehensive reports

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Critical thinking skills and an analytical mind

• Attention to detail

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a AWS Cloud environment

• Computer Science or Mathematics/Statistics

• Experience working on an agile development team

• Prior experience developing data governance and quality policies

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
