Lockheed Martin ERP Business Analyst Sr. Stf / Deltek Products Integration Lead in Bethesda, Maryland

The ERP Business Analyst Sr. Stf / Deltek Products Integration Lead position reports to the Financial Transformation and Systems team and is a key role in leading LM's Business Transformation, Systems Modernization (BTSM) initiative. This role will lead the implementation of the requirements identified during the Detailed Design phase of 1LMX for future capabilities solutions in Deltek Products (ProPricer, Open Plan, Cobra, and PM Compass), coordinate the integration of capabilities in Deltek Products, and ensure consistency within the tool for end-users.

The role of the ERP Business Analyst Sr. Stf / Deltek Products Integration Lead includes but is not limited to the following:

• Providing leadership and achieveing horizontal integration across multiple value streams (O2C, PLP).

• Ensuring delivery of processes and key design decisions defined during the 1LMX detailed design phase.

• Serving as the primary engagement POC to manage relationship with Deltek vendor (technical and implementation partner)

• Ensuring the technical teams understand project goals/objectives and establish a plan to achieve them

• Facilitating the cross-functional team dynamics and managing priorities to deliver scope in alignment to critical needs

• Coordinating with Business Area stakeholders and F&BO 1LMX leadership

• Reporting status, risks, and opportunities for capabilities and product deliveries

• Evaluating proposed technical solutions, working with the IT Solution Architect, Business Solution architect and other resources to ensure the best possible solutions are selected and implemented

Basic Qualifications:

• Significant experience with one or more of the following Deltek products in a government solutioning environment: ProPricer, Open Plan, Cobra, and/or PM Compass

• Experience with leading projects or teams

• Demonstrated ability to translate functional requirements to system specifications

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and/or Proposals

• Forward thinker, growth mindset, change agent

• Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline driven environment

• Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision & direction

• US Citizenship is required due to system access

Desired Skills:

• Specific experience with FAR requirements, DCMA/DCAA audits

• Experience in Earned Value Management and/or Proposals

• Experience working across technical and functional teams to achieve business goals

• Highly effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and support executive stakeholder management

• Experience with System Implementation

• Experience with System Integration

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $129,700 - $244,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $112,800 - $216,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
