Real Estate Finance Professional – Apprentice

What you’ll do:

Get paid to learn as you launch a rewarding career in the lucrative real estate industry. In our three-month apprenticeship program, you’ll learn how to manage the financial elements of real estate transactions, helping people achieve home ownership while putting you on the fast track to career growth. You’ll graduate as an escrow assistant, joining our team to play a crucial role working with agents, buyers and sellers to process documents to ensure deals close on time and with a minimum of stress.

We’ll provide the training – complete with pay and benefits – as you immerse yourself in our five-day-a-week program, taught by one of the nation’s leading real estate experts. You provide the desire to learn from the best, become your best, and explore an industry with unlimited career opportunity.

  • Organization guru, paying attention to and tracking every detail; knowing how to assemble all the puzzle pieces into a single, complete, error-free and understandable package.

Your responsibilities:

After completing your apprenticeship, your role as an escrow assistant will include:

  • Reliable supporter: Providing outstanding assistance to the escrow officer, so that the transaction goes smoothly, and we retain their business through white glove service.

  • Document processor: Preparing title documents for signing, returning them and following up on funding conditions.

  • Insightful advisor: Reviewing purchase contracts, making sure they are complete and requesting any missing information.

  • Deal finisher: Maintaining files, recording the appropriate documentation, and sending checks once the closing is complete and transmitting documents to the lender.

  • Relationship and business builder: Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry players; encouraging them to choose us their first choice for escrow processing.


What we want you to have:

  • Education: College degree, high school diploma or GED.

  • Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal skills to clearly keep agents, buyers, sellers and all other parties up to date; ability to resolve issues.

What we’d like you to have:

  • Customer service or working with charitable organizations.

  • Real estate industry familiarity.
