We are currently seeking a talented Staff Accountant with expertise in Yardi software to join us on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a prestigious real estate company in one of the most coveted locations in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Yardi software to perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

• Generate financial reports and analyses using Yardi software to support management decision-making.

• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation in Yardi system.

• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare annual budgets and forecasts using Yardi software.

• Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to management, recommending adjustments as necessary.

• Assist in the development of financial models and projections to support strategic planning initiatives.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in accounting roles, with a strong proficiency in Yardi software.

• Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
