If you're ready to contribute to cost reduction programs, manage vendor relationships, and assist with budget forecasting in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Apply today to be part of our innovative and driven team at Frito-Lay!Responsibilities* Approve Requisitions and Create Purchase Orders: Approve requisitions from requisitioners and create/modify standard/blanket purchase orders.* Vendor and Supplier Management: Source vendors, maintain vendor resources, and perform supplier maintenance.* Purchase Order Management: Receive and close out purchase orders in the computer system.* Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile P-Cards on a monthly basis and run various reports.* Quotation and Cost Analysis: Maintain quotation files and review items for purchasing, performing a 3-way price comparison for cost-effective tactics.* Cost Reduction Programs: Continuously improve cost reduction efforts and develop cost reduction programs.* Forecasting and Budgeting: Project spending into future time slots to assist department managers in forecasting accounts.* Communication and Coordination: Ensure effective communication between sub-account owners for bulk ordering of items common to multiple departments.* Contract Utilization: Understand and utilize regional and national contracts.* Task Management: Assess priorities and accomplish tasks in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.Compensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Experience: 2-3 years of previous experience in a financial analyst or similar role.* Education: High school diploma or GED required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other financial software.* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.* Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.EEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender IdentityIf you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law & EEO is the Law Supplement documents.
