Up and coming HR/Recruiting detail oriented might be interested in this position at a dynamic organization working with Robert Half. One of the most important parts of your role as the Project Recruiter is full-cycle recruiting in support of hiring for a specific team. Major responsibilities

Backing new on-boarding paperwork/orientations

Employing digital recruiting resources

Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements

Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

Creating internal recommendations Performing interviews

Directing various administrative duties

Requirements

Requirements

Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

You will do well in this position if you are highly detail oriented, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired

Zero to two + years of full-cycle recruitment experience

Anyone looking to perform this position's duties needs proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
