DUTIES

Process online applications for deposit, credit card and loan accounts. Assist in monitoring and maintaining the online banking system. Perform technical troubleshooting of online and mobile banking. Perform technical troubleshooting of bill pay services. Perform technical troubleshooting and support of mobile deposits. Perform technical troubleshooting and support of electronic statements. Perform technical troubleshooting and support of the online account opening solution. Perform technical troubleshooting of Zelle and RTP. Process limit increases and maintenance of online services. Support internet banking users within the Company. Reporting of online banking usage and activity. Complete training, as assigned, within the expected timeframes. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Software

  • Ability to use and be comfortable with various computer software

  • Well organized and attentive to detail

  • Willingness to work in a team environment

  • Ability to react quickly in a dynamic and changing environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time

  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

  • Three years of banking experience preferred

  • Knowledge of banking regulations preferred
