Our client is seeking a dedicated Collections/AR Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer collection calls and correspondence. Job Title: Collections/AR Specialist

Pay Rate: $18.00

Location: Boise ID On-site

What will you be doing?

  • Works high volume customer collection calls to collect delinquent customer balances.

  • Processes AR transactions including offset debits and credits

  • Prepares final demand letters; set up payment plans with customer customers.

  • Prepares monthly customer account statements

What do you bring?

  • High school diploma or GED or higher

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Receivables and Collections preferred.

  • SAP and basic understanding of internal controls including SOX requirements is preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
