Customer Support Specialist - Records\ Fishers is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Customer Support Specialist Records Management position. This position will require the team member to be responsible for managing records, record storage, document workflow, receiving and processing HR/Legal documents, and maintaining a clean and efficient environment.

Job Description:

  • Operate copiers and printers at customer onsite locations to produce documents for personnel throughout the company
  • Coordinate document work-flow and manage several records projects simultaneously
  • Produce accurate and quality documents within required timelines
  • Managing records supplies (i.e. folders, copier supplies, banker boxes, labels etc.)
  • Work as a team to ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized record and storage area
  • Travel between multiple sites throughout the day as needed for Records
  • Accurately track accountable items and provide metrics
  • Understand and respond quickly and professionally to customer needs and requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to handle repetitive and tedious tasks efficiently in day-to-day work.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Basic use and understanding of Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
  • Able to transition efficiently between job duties
  • Records experience (preferred though not required)
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Available Monday Friday with shifts starting at 6:00 AM
  • Dependable vehicle
  • Pass required background check
  • Move materials weighing up to 45 lbs. on a regular basis
