ATI Physical Therapy Total Rewards Program Analyst (Hybrid) in Bolingbrook, Illinois

Overview

The Total Rewards Program Analyst will oversee several critical staffing initiatives including ATI Explore and Passport Programs which enhance resource levels across the organization. This role will serve as the liaison between various HR functions and Finance, Payroll and Accounting regarding compensation structure, reporting, tracking, and trending on programs such as: sign-on bonuses, relocation payments, referral bonuses, and benefit plans.

Responsibilities

  • Support and provide input to the development, implementation, and maintenance of organization-wide new hire programs, offerings, and packages

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans with clear deliverables that will achieve results.

  • Coordinate the backend logistics for all ATI Explore programs by tracking assignments, setting up travel stipends and relocation payments as well as maintaining and advising on the compensation and incentive structure

  • Collaborate with TA, payroll, and Finance departments to manage program procedures and details.

  • Manage Paid Time Off policies to continuously improve ATI’s overall program and system setup including reporting and tracking/recouping negative balances.

  • Serve as main point of contact in overseeing and maintaining employee repayment agreements while directing activities of ATI’s 3rd party collection efforts

  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent, accurate and repeatable processes, as well as identify and recommend process improvement opportunities

  • Provides analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics

  • Engage in assigned special projects, offering valuable expertise and insights to benefit-related initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, finance, accounting, or a related area

Minimum Experience

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation, incentive plans or finance type role

Preferred:

  • Experience with HCM Ceridian Dayforce

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate and manage data across HR functions as well as other departments.

  • Program management skills and experience.

  • Superior analytical skills

  • Demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems with

  • Expert Excel Skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive material

  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness with the ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of an organization
