Description

Robert Half is partnering with an international company seeking a corporate paralegal with 5+ years’ experience to join company in the Ft. Myers area. Base salary up to $90,000 plus growth opportunity, full benefits, generous time off, and 3% contribution to 401k. This paralegal will report to the Corporate Counsel and will be responsible:

• Review and draft various contracts, including Power Purchase Agreements and Vendor Contracts.

• Assist in complex transactions like M& A and SEC Securities.

• Collaborate with legal and business teams, conducting research and analysis.

• Ensure legal compliance and manage contract documentation

Requirements

Requirements:

Paralegal certification or Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies.

5+ years' experience as a corporate paralegal or contracts manager.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload independently.
