Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Special Services Irrigator to join our team. The Special Services Irrigator will play a crucial role in delivering specialized landscape services, such as hardscaping, irrigation system installation and maintenance, seasonal clean-ups, and other custom projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various specialized landscape tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and adjusting sprinkler heads, valves, and timers.

  • Seasonal clean-ups, including leaf removal, pruning, and mulching.

  • Planting, transplanting, and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery.

  • Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.

  • Hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and saws.

  • Power tools such as drills, saws, and compactors.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of debris and waste materials.

  • Assist with other landscape tasks and projects as needed, including general landscape maintenance and installation duties.

    Nice to Haves:

  • Operating and maintaining landscape equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner, including but not limited to:

  • Skid steer loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery.

  • Installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens.

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, or related field preferred.

  • Ability to operate landscape equipment and tools safely and effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

  • Relevant certifications or licenses a plus.
