Your responsibilities Summary of Position: This position oversees compliance to the policies, procedures, work instructions contained in the quality management system. Also, Responsible for exercising the disposition of material placed in the Material Review Bay as well as a resource to Plant personnel as trainer on quality system documents and record keeping duties to show compliance to system requirements. Key Accountabilities: Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices, corrective and preventive actions and their follow-ups, oversight of quality records held in Plant, process auditing for compliance to procedures, implementing statistical control of equipment and processes. Responsible for accurate information and timely processing of non-conforming material. QAR will act as trainer on quality department documents for the facility location. This position will be responsible for ensuring proper records are maintained for gages, nonconforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc. Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, ISO and 6S Initiatives, compliance and Lean initiatives, requirements, and/or trainings.
