Technical Safety Services Business Process Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

How will you make an impact?

You will play a significant role in building operational scale, performance, and efficiency across the company. This is an opportunity to join TSS at the beginning of an operations transformation. You have the opportunity to lead green field ERP deployments, drive process improvement, and digitize quote-to-cash operations.

The ideal candidate is a process improvement expert and change leader with a talent for automation through systems and digital technologies. You will apply your skills to simplify, standardize, and improve processes to drive customer satisfaction and business performance. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success partnering with business leaders and leading process and systems improvement. You will apply excellent problem-solving and systems thinking to the TSS operations model.

What will you do? 

  • Partner with executives to define problems and opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with functions to standardize, simplify, and improve processes

  • Lead teams and facilitate process mapping/improvement workshops

  • Translate customer requirements into process and systems design, as well as process metric

  • Collaborate with functional leaders and IT to define system requirements, test, deploy, and adopt system changes

  • Lead process and data integration for newly acquired companies

  • Lead ERP deployment across the company

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range of $75,300 - $110,000 annually

(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.)

    How will you get here?

    Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent

  • 5+ years experience in business process improvement or other related experience

  • Experience with a field service or other services business is preferred

  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash improvement is preferred (including Field Service Scheduling, Order Management, Service Delivery, and Invoicing)

  • Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred

  • A combination of education, experience and training may meet requirements.

  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail which result in sound decisions, solutions, and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive mgmt. to develop strategy and priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate process improvement and IT projects

  • Demonstrated change leader and influencer

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with strong systems thinking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working collaboratively across functions with international teams and IT

  • Demonstrated self-starter who is comfortable working independently

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
