Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance Director - is a results-oriented leadership role serving as the primary liaison between CCL Finance, National Accounts Operations, and Strategic Account Management. This role also works closely with the CFO, Finance Directors, RVPs, DPs and SVP of Client Retention.
DUTIES:
Primary financial support to Client Excellence and National Accounts Teams
Primary financial lead for key account retention projects
o Oversee proforma development (partnering with Finance Directors and Ops Leadership)
o Facilitate retention proformas, existing account RFP response and internal review processes
o Lead LPC generation for all rebid discussions
Conduct on-site visits at-risk accounts to develop retention plans with Operations Leadership and Finance Directors
Review and oversee the implementation of operational improvement plans (i.e., project management, coordinate finance training, etc.)
Provide input on the company retention strategy
Track Capital commitments to existing customers for retention efforts
Facilitate communication and resolution of cross-division matters
Support the implementation CCL finance best practices as identified VP of Finance - Optimization
Support National Accounts Division
Client budget generation
National Accounts Division Internal Budgeting & Forecasting
EDUCATION:
Four (4) year accounting/finance degree, or equivalent work experience
CPA or MBA preferable
WORK EXPERIENCE:
6+ years of finance experience
4+ years of management experience preferred
Experience within food service or a directly related industry a plus
Experience in an operations role a plus
Experience with a large company (> $3 billion sales preferred)
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
Problem-solving, process improvement, strategy, and analytical skills
Interpersonal/soft skills, with a focus on collaboration and customer service
Technical finance and financial modeling skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel proforma modeling skills required)
