Job Description:

Manages the safety and security of the senior management team within a specific geographical region. Provides direct supervision to a team of Executive Protection Specialists assigned to either the executive floors or a particular assignment within the region. May be responsible for developing and implementing security plans and protocols for senior management, clients and associates. Ensures proper screening/vetting procedures are implemented for all visitors and guests arriving on the executive floors. Travels within the region in advance of senior management team members and performs detailed security surveys for all outside business meetings, making the necessary contacts and arrangements to ensure the senior manager's safety. May be responsible for analyzing and identifying possible threats through extensive monitoring and analysis of multiple platforms. Responsible for the coordination of all executive driving assignments within the region. Ensures the safety and security of all Bank of America sponsored or hosted events occurring within their designated executive facility or outside event/sporting venues. Maintains close working relationship with all line of business supporting senior management or Major Events. Will manage projects and assessments associated with the security of the senior management team. Must be able to identify and react to security situations and events 24/7 that fall within assigned region. Works closely with local law enforcement and facility partners.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
