Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Scientist in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 5 years of experience . Prior experience must include: Development of stirred-tank, wave, and static bioreactor processes for cell and gene therapy applications scalable to at least 25 L (3 yrs); adaptation of mammalian cells to culturing in BioFlo, XDR, Xuri, and G-Rex platforms (3 yrs); planning DOE-based studies and performing multivariate statistical analysis on large data sets in JMP and Minitab (2 yrs); Programming liquid handling robots and high-throughput systems (2 yrs). Up to 40% telecommuting allowed.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$108,500.00 - $170,500.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives.
