The IT Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Analyst will be responsible for ensuring quality and promoting efficiency of Manufacturing Systems projects at Juno. This individual will be experienced working with Manufacturing Execution System preferably Syncade. Will be responsible for managing and collaborating with the Syncade Technical, business and Quality units in owning and completing quality deliverables. The individual will also occasionally be called upon to support software release activities, investigations, and providing coordination around complex projects. The individual will support projects at Juno’s current multi-product clinical facility in Bothell, WA with potential to support future manufacturing capacity in additional locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities and Tech Transfer departments, capturing and documenting detailed requirements.

  • Deliver updates to system lifecycle documents such as User Requirements Specifications, Function Specification, Design Specifications, and test cases

  • Participate in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) validation activities including the development and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ testing

  • Perform application support duties for manufacturing execution system (MES)

  • Execute Development and implementation of new capabilities across the Manufacturing systems based on requirements and developed software solutions.

  • Ensuring the validated status of the system is maintained by the use of change control process - Creating changes in CelService, getting them pre-approved, executing/implementing/deploying changes, attaching necessary evidence and closing tasks, getting changes post approved and closing the same.

  • Participate in facility operational meetings to ensure facility reporting needs are met

  • Provide training for plant based applications

  • Provide primary support for application related issues

  • Assure quality customer service to all customers


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


Required Experience/Education

3-5+ years relevant industry experience Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working within electronic document management systems/quality management systems for regulated industries Experience working with Manufacturing Execution System preferably Syncade Technical writing competency and GMP procedure writing.
