The Role

Bristol Myers Squibb is looking to recruit a permanent MSO Fusion Lead .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement focused on standardizing and defining processes related to QMS

  • Synthesize feedback from SMEs/procedural document teams to identify and resolve issues in order to accurately document processes

  • Responsible for driving initial process optimization and responsible to sustain and drive continuous improvement and effectiveness of the process post-implementation

  • Responsible for the operational execution of process framework and document hierarchy at the market level

  • Responsible for lifecycle management of procedural documents within the QMS process framework

  • Responsible for compliance assessment of procedural documents against health authority regulations, inspection observation/commitments, risk assessments, and periodic review schedules

  • Proactively use judgment to manage risk and uncertainty, and to anticipate the need for and implement contingency plans

  • Responsible for communication of procedural document status

  • Effectively manage projects, escalate issues as necessary and identify/meet key milestones

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

  • Extensive experience in the Biopharm/Pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience with demonstrated leadership in quality, compliance, supply chain/logistics discipline with in-depth knowledge of GDP requirements and areas within MSO

  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills in a matrixed organization.

  • Ability to drive consensus, performance and to lead strategically

  • Ability to build teams, foster partnerships across multidisciplinary teams and to resolve complex issues and differences in a creative, constructive and diplomatic manner

  • Excellent technical writing skills.

  • Critical thinking skills in analyzing and exercising judgment on complex issues.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Project management concepts, strategies and skills

  • Proven ability to understand complex processes/problems and propose alternate solutions to implement procedures.
