Overview:  

Under direct supervision of the Cemetery Superintendent, assists in the maintenance and operation of the Bountiful City Cemetery.

Essential Job Functions:

· Responsibilities include daily maintenance of the Bountiful City Cemetery and facilities.

· Mows, uses a string trimmer and other light power equipment, removes weeds, etc.

· Assists with minor irrigation repair, general Cemetery operations, and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics:

Employees will be trained in all necessary skills on the job. 

Willing to work independently or in a small group. 

Must be available for some weekend work (Saturday).

Qualifications:

Applicants should be at least 16 years old

This is an entry level position, requiring no minimum amount of education or experience

Requires reliable transportation to and from the Cemetery

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Must have a valid Utah Driver's License

Successfully pass a background check, a driving record check, and a pre-employment drug test
