Assist with special events and Alumni Square Garage operations as needed. Secondarily, assist with parking enforcement activities as needed. Candidate must have a flexible schedule.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties are customary for this position but are not to be construed as all-inclusive. Duties may be added, deleted, and assigned based on management discretion and institutional needs.
Serve as an ambassador for campus when interacting with, assisting customers and the general public. Assist customer with parking access issues.
Provide support in the field to the Special Events Coordinator in implementing large special event parking operations. This can include equipment management, field personnel training and supervision, data collection, traffic management and cash handling. Independently run smaller special event parking operations, particularly in the mornings. This can include inspecting the garage, responding to customer service calls, maintaining equipment or managing operations in the absence of Customer Service stationed at the garage. When not supporting events, enforce parking regulations. Issue citations to vehicles parking in violation or parking regulations. Immobilize and/or request tows for vehicles as warranted. Assist with revenue collections.
High School diploma or equivalent
At least two years customer service experience
Money handling experience

Hourly Rate: $13.13
