Job Summary

The position of Production Associate will assist production and packaging procedures so that the production targets are met on time.

Essential Functions

• Generates Work Order and completion of WO in ERP system

• Issues request for Issuing Bulk Batch Record and Packaging Batch Records. As per production planning

• Manages submission of Raw Material Inventory card and Packaging Material Inventory Card to any department as per requirement

• Issues requests of labels, outserts and other requests to Quality Assurance

• Enters data in ERP system for Raw Material Inventory card and Packaging Material Inventory Card

• Verifies Raw Material Inventory card and Packaging Material Inventory Card

• Returns Raw Material Inventory card and Packaging Material Inventory Card to Warehouse Department and manages all NIL cards along with verification of the same with ERP system

• Maintains Production Log online

• Submits Reviewed Batch Records to Quality Assurance Department

• Generates inventory list of Active Materials, Flavors, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials & Shipper Cartons on first week of the month

Additional Responsibilities

• Work in warehouse to assist with shipping of raw materials and finished products

• Assist in Packaging operations as and when required

• Coordinating with warehouse for the availability of raw materials & packaging materials

• Receiving of raw materials & packaging materials in ERP as and when required
